Thank you for selecting KickFix Shoe Laundry for your footwear maintenance requirements. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to guarantee your contentment. Prior to using our services, please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By availing of our shoe, bag, and cap cleaning services, you agree to adhere to and abide by the terms set forth below. If you disagree with any aspect of these terms, kindly notify us promptly and refrain from using our service.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

Service Limitations: KickFix Shoe Laundry retains the right to decline cleaning services for any shoes, bags, or caps at our discretion.

Stain Removal: While we aim for optimal outcomes, we cannot assure the complete removal of all stains, including but not limited to wine, coffee, blood, oil, grease, paint stains, material/dye bleeding, gum, tar, or other substances adhered to the soles.

Pre-existing Damage: We do not hold responsibility for any pre-existing damage or defects in items presented for cleaning, restoration, or repair.

Personal Items: KickFix Shoe Laundry bears no liability for any loss of or damage to personal or non-cleanable items left in our care. Customers are expected not to leave any items other than shoes, bags, or caps for cleaning, restoration, or repair.

Unclaimed Items: Items left unclaimed for over 12 days without prior arrangement will incur a storage fee of R120 per week. Following an additional grace period, unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
DAMAGE POLICY

Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver top-notch cleaning services. However, we cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the regular cleaning process of items without care instructions provided by the customer.

Material Bleeding: KickFix Shoe Laundry is not accountable for material bleeding, such as suede or leather dye, or any other alterations that may occur during the cleaning or restoration process. We will take precautions to minimize such occurrences whenever feasible.

Lost or Damaged Items: Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed within 5 days of customer collection or pickup. Any reimbursement for lost or damaged items will not exceed the lower of the following:

Three times our charge for the shoe cleaning or sole restoration service, up to a maximum of R800.

Replacement value of the item(s) based on the original receipt and proof of payment: 80% if purchased within 30 days, 40% between 31-365 days, and 20% after 1 year of purchase.

Lost items become the property of KickFix Shoe Laundry upon reimbursement.

DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS
KickFix Shoe Laundry is not required to refund any amounts paid by the customer for lost or damaged items but may opt to do so at its sole discretion. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
